Course of treatment
The following investigations are offered during the consultation and are helpful in making a diagnosis:
- Gynaecological examination
- Urine laboratory tests
- Ultrasound of the pelvic floor
- Cystoscopy/cystoscopy
- Urodynamic measurements: Pressure measurements in the bladder and urethra.
The consultation is also supervised by a urotherapist. The urotherapist provides advice on various aids, for example, and supports the urogynaecologist with conservative therapies.
