At the Claraspital, our kitchen team cooks balanced menus based on the latest nutritional principles. We prepare our dishes fresh every day and use regional and seasonal products wherever possible. You have the choice between a meat dish and a vegetarian dish. In general, the type of diet is prescribed by our doctors according to the needs of the individual patient.
The kitchen team aims to always offer our patients first-class culinary delights - even if they have been prescribed a light diet. Great importance is attached to seasonal and regional foods, vitamins and nutritional values as well as variety and visual appeal in all menus.
Catering assistance for ordering meals
If their condition allows, all inpatients are supported by the service staff in preparing their meals. They come round every day. We are happy to take your order for lunch, dinner and breakfast for the following day between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm.
