The long-standing culture of consensus within the Executive Board has proven its worth and should continue to be a defining feature of hospital management in the future. Every area of the hospital is represented on the Executive Board and can thus actively contribute and participate in the decision-making process. Overall responsibility for hospital operations lies with the hospital director, Rebekka Hatzung.
